The Frock Shop offers vintage shopping for people who hate musty consignment shops, and carries elegant fashions for people who hate spending $200 on a tank top. The attractive space looks like a particularly well-organized walk-in closet, where everything has its place: vintage finds on that rack, new clothes on this one, hats lined up above, jewelry in the armoire, and cards and stationery on the writing desk.
