Photographic Center Northwest

Photographic Center Northwest Review

A small, starkly attractive gallery space occupies the front of this photo education center. Student work is often on display, but this gallery is not just a repository for end-of-workshop projects. Curated shows often feature well-respected photographers, whose work ranges from journalistic to fantastical. The gallery is convenient to the Pike-Pine Corridor—it's a few blocks south of Pike.

The Photographic Center has both analog (darkroom) and digital labs. The labs are large and extensive in amount of equipment, with knowledgeable staff to lend assistance. The largest printer in the digital lab will make 44" by 8 ft prints. This is a unique place for the photography buff.
