Bricco Della Regina Anna is a lovely candlelit wine bar on the top of Queen Anne Hill that serves a small menu of Italian snacks and entrées that change nightly. The wine list ranges all over the map, but Italian and Northwest wines are particularly well represented. Though it can get crowded on weekends, this place is unfailingly low key, despite the fact that it's popular with the upscale Upper Queen Anne set.
