Fodor's Review:
The owner of Velouria, Tess de Luna, is a designer herself. She adds the best of her line to the racks, along with unique creations from independent West Coast designers. Overall, the clothes have a crafty, DIY feel -- lots of appliqués and deliberately off-kilter hems and seams -- but some of the separates would work well in any wardrobe. Even if you can't rock the hipster look, pop in to this friendly little store to check out the handbags, wallets, and jewelry.
