Black Bottle

Fodor's Review:

Black Bottle is a deliberate attempt at a gastropub and therefore it serves a carefully selected, reasonably priced, and uniformly delicious small-plates menu (as opposed to the overly heavy or overly ambitious menus found in so many upscale bars). The interior is simple -- just a few black chairs and tables, and wood floors -- but sleek. Because it's on the fringe of Belltown, it gets crowded on weekends, but it's less of a see-and-be-seen scene and more of a place for good friends to gather. There's a limited selection of beers on tap, but the wine list is good.
