Fodor's Review:
At first it looks like this stark basement space doesn't have much of a selection, but as you make your way around the racks, you notice how each piece flows effortlessly into the next, and how each selection is impeccable. You'll find some denim and footwear here, but you'll find better elsewhere; Impulse excels at sophisticated slacks, skirts, dresses, and outerwear that often seem subdued or basic until you notice an interesting seam line here or a hand-stitched detail there. You'll find some big names here, too, like Alice Roi and Vivienne Westwood.
