Fodor's Review:

Shorty's may be one of the dingiest bars in Belltown, but it's a bright spot in a neighborhood where most bars serve $10 drinks. Along with a come-as-you-are atmosphere, you'll get pinball machines and video games, cheap beer and hot dogs, and lots of no-frills fun.
