Pampas Room, hidden beneath the top-rated El Gaucho restaurant, is a first-class, 1950s-style club. The house band plays a mix of jazz, swing, and salsa into the wee hours. Weekends pack in the professional dancers; if you can't keep up, try blending into the mellower weeknight crowd. Dress way up, check your confidence, and step onto the dance floor.
