This modest storefront restaurant brims with regulars devoted to the dim sum served daily from 10 until 3. House specialties include succulent siu mai (steamed pork dumplings), fried cubes of tofu with prawns, pork-filled hum bao, salt-and-pepper squid, and crisp gai-lan (Chinese broccoli) drizzled with a soy sauce-based dressing. Save room for the dessert cart: the buttery, bite-size egg tarts melt in your mouth, and the mango pudding turns many first-timers into repeat customers.
