Les Amis

Fodor's Review:

The best-looking boutique in Fremont, Les Amis is like a pop-up from a little girl's storybook set in a French country cottage. The over-35 set will breathe a sigh of relief when they see that the racks are not just filled with low-rise jeans but with sophisticated dresses, gorgeous handknits, and the makings of great work outfits. Younger fashionistas come here, too, to snap up unique summer skirts and ultrasoft T-shirts. Everyone seems to love the lingerie collection. Les Amis carries some top designers such as Lulu Guinness and Nanette Lepore; accordingly, this is the most expensive store in Fremont. You know prices are high when even the bargain bin discounts don't seem like a good deal.
