Fodor's Review:

You can't tell that from the menu, but the Bamboo Garden serves some of the city's best vegetarian (and kosher) food. The Chinese dishes are listed by their traditional names even though all of the "meat"—including fish, chicken, pork, and beef—is made from gluten or other vegetarian substitutes. The dining room is simple, with the usual Asian accoutrements.
