Much of the strategy that preserved Pike Place Market in the 1960s was hatched at this small Bolivian café. The food served here includes such tasty fare as spicy shrimp soup, saltenas (savory meat-and-vegetable pies), paella, and pescado á la Español (halibut in a saffron-tomato-onion sauce). Tasty food, cold beer, and great views are good reasons to linger.
