Brewpubs / Beer Gardens, Capitol Hill
Fodor's Review:
Elysian Brewing Company, a large, industrial-looking space with a brewery in back, lets you sample house concoctions at the copper-stamped upstairs bar or in the downstairs lounge. It's a perennial favorite of Seattleites and Capitol Hill residents and a good alternative to the hipster haunts and swanky lounges in the area. The winter and fall seasonal ales are particularly good. There's another branch in Wallingford near Green Lake on N. 55th and Meridien, but it's a bit off the beaten path unless you're staying in the area.
