Alibi Room, a wood-paneled bar in exquisitely hard-to-find Post Alley at Pike Place Market, is where well-dressed locals sip double martinis while taking in views of Elliott Bay or studying the scripts, handbills, and movie posters that line the walls. The lower level is more crowded and casual. It's an ever-cool yet low-key, intimate place. Stop by for a drink or a meal, or stay to listen and dance to live music. Happy hour from 3 to 6 is quiet and a good respite from the Market.
