Fodor's Review

It may be a Pioneer Square hole-in-the-wall, but Il Corvo serves up some of the best pasta in town. Experienced chef Mike Easton left the cooking line at higher-end restaurants to found this lunch-only (11 am to 3 pm), cash-only collection of family-style tables where he prepares a few inexpensive handmade dishes each day using antique pasta-makers and artisanal, seasonal ingredients—perhaps squid-ink perciatelli with anchovy-toasted bread crumbs or papardalle alla Bologonese. The short chalkboard menu usually features an antipasto or two, as well.
