Belltown

Just north of Downtown is Belltown, so close actually, they often seem like one big neighborhood. Belltown is nothing less then heaven for yuppies and scenesters. Luxury condos have replaced many of the low-income apartments, old storefronts and union halls have been converted into see-and-be-seen restaurants and art galleries, and upscale boutiques have made Belltown a more-interesting shopping area than Downtown. Belltown is alive late into the night, especially on weekends, though it's extremely quiet on weekdays and weekend mornings.
