The small Kitsap County Historical Society Museum has pioneer artifacts, nautical items, and a collection of old photographs. The staff plans such special children's events as costume dress-up sessions and treasure hunts for the first Friday of the month, when the museum is open late in conjunction with the town's monthly Art Walk.
