The Olympic Flight Museum

Fodor's Review:

The Olympic Flight Museum, housed in a hangar at the Olympic Regional Airport south of town, brings to life an ever-changing collection of vintage aircraft. Important pieces include a colorful P-51 Mustang, a sleek F-104 Starfighter, and a serious-looking AH-1 Cobra helicopter. On the annual schedule are winter lectures, weekly tours, monthly flights, and the Gathering of Warbirds event each June. The shop sells a model of just about everything you see on-site.

  • Cost: $5
  • Open: May-Sept., daily 11-5; Oct.-Apr., Tues.-Sun. 11-5
