Fodor's Review:

In Pioneer Park you can wander through log buildings from the 1870s—including Whatcom County's first church—that have been restored and converted into museums. Note the beautifully "squared" cedar logs, a western Washington pioneer building technique. Highlights include summer tours, an old-time Settlers Picnic at the end of July, and Old-Fashioned Christmas festivities.
