Bellingham's original waterfront hotel overlooks the entrance to bustling Squalicum Harbor. Its luxuriously appointed rooms are augmented by a lighthouse suite ensconced in its own tower. Rooms have gas fireplaces and private balconies for lounging and dining. The pleasant Harborside Bistro and comfortable bar have grand views across Bellingham Bay to Lummi Island. There's also an adjacent spa and boutique shopping area. Pros: beautiful bay views, large private dock. Cons: hub for groups, small pets in public areas
