At the heart of the 120-acre, historic Wilson Ranch, amid more than 2 million acres of forest, this upscale mountain retreat embraces luxury along with the pioneer spirit. The lodge houses spacious rooms and suites, enhanced with gas fireplaces, mini-refrigerators, and balconies or patios overlooking the hot tub and Freestone Lake. Two suites feature jetted tubs and five suites include full kitchens. Wood-paneled cabins snuggle up to Early Winters Creek; some have fireplaces
and decks over the water. The inn also houses a cozy library, a Great Room with a two-story river-rock fireplace, and a restaurant that specializes in upscale Pacific Northwest cuisine and Washington wines. Groomed trails cross the property and are well used for year-round recreation; heli-skiing is also on-site.
