Skagit River Bald Eagle Interpretive Center Review
Site of the Upper Skagit Bald Eagle Festival every January, this center schedules monthly programs, including lectures, classes, workshops, and performances. From December to February you can also tour the on-site Fish Hatchery, which houses all five species of northwest salmon.
