Fodor's Review

With its hand-carved Alaskan cedar logs, burnished parquet floors, stone fireplaces, Indian rugs, and glorious mountain views, this 1917 inn is a classic example of a national park lodge. German architect Hans Fraehnke designed the decorative woodwork. In addition to the full-service dining room, there's a small snack bar and a snug lounge.
