Most of these functional rooms, in three separate wings of low-rise buildings, have either a patio or balcony, and the outdoor pool area and spacious, open lobby are attractive. They are equipped with in-room coffeemakers, irons and ironing boards, and microwaves. This is the largest hotel in the Tri-Cities and is popular for conventions. It's just four blocks from the airport and there is a complimentary airport shuttle. Bin No. 20 Wine Bar and Restaurant offers small plates, burgers, soups and salads, and larger entrées, and an extensive list of Washington wines.
