An unpretentious retreat on the 18th Street strip attracts a diverse crowd, many of whom were pulled in off the street by the good vibes emanating from this place. Amber lights and morphed musical instruments adorn the walls, and high-quality live local jazz and blues fills the air. The large, open windows up front keep the place cool—much like the music—in summer months. Reservations are available, though the tunes, and not the mediocre food, are the real draw.
