Warsaw
The county seat of Richmond County, Warsaw is a pleasant town of 7,000 that's shaded by large oak trees. Near the U.S. 360 bridge over the Rappahannock, it's therefore closer to the city of Tappahannock (on the other side) than to its fellow towns on the Northern Neck.
