The Gables Review
A four-story redbrick Victorian mansion, the Gables was built in 1909 by Captain Albert Fisher, one of the founders of the local fishing industry. The house has been lovingly restored and has period antiques throughout. There are two guest rooms in the main house and four more in the adjacent carriage house. The Gables has its own deepwater dock on Cockrell's Creek, with easy access to the Chesapeake Bay.
