As its name suggests, beef is the specialty at this lively spot in the heart of Alexandria's busy King Street, with three sauces to accompany any of the steaks on the menu. Seafood specialties include seared scallop risotto, lobster roll, and black-sesame-seed crusted ahi with delicate rice noodles in an Asian broth embellished with greens. The signature dessert offers a choice of deep-fried candy bars. An à la carte brunch is served on weekends 10:30–3. Upstairs in
the Saloon there's live music Friday and Saturday nights, happy hour specials weekdays 4–8, and 15 big-screen TVs that attract big crowds on game days.
