Silver Thatch Inn Review

Four-poster beds and period antiques are just part of the charm of this 1780 white-clapboard Colonial farmhouse 8 mi north of town. The friendly hosts help their guests arrange outdoor activities at nearby locations. The original structure was built to house Hessian soldiers captured during the Revolutionary War and still remains as the Hessian Room.
