Tours

For $16, the Lexington Carriage Company will take visitors around town in a horse-drawn carriage for 45-50 minutes, from April through October. Tours begin and end at the Lexington Visitor Center. A self-guided walking-tour brochure of the town is available from the Lexington Visitor Center. The Historic Staunton Foundation offers free one-hour walking tours Saturday morning at 10, Memorial Day through October, departing from the Woodrow Wilson Birthplace at 24 North Coalter Street. A brochure for a self-guided tour is available from the Staunton/Augusta Travel Information Center.
