Route 11 Potato Chips makes chips: lightly salted, flavored with dill or barbecue, and the extremely hot "death rain," spiced with habanero and chipotle powder. On Friday (10-6) and Saturday (9-5), the factory is open to the public, who can watch its potato chips take shape.
