Car Travel

Interstate 91, which stretches from Connecticut and Massachusetts in the south to Québec in the north, serves most points along Vermont's eastern border. Interstate 89, from New Hampshire to the east and Québec to the north, crosses central Vermont from White River Junction to Burlington. Southwestern Vermont can be reached by U.S. 7 from Massachusetts and U.S. 4 from New York.
