The Inn at Weston Review

Highlighting the country elegance of this 1848 inn, a short walk from the town green and a stone's throw from four ski mountains, is innkeeper Bob Aldrich's collection of 500 orchid species—rare and beautiful specimens surround the dining table in the gazebo. Rooms in the inn, carriage house, and the Coleman House across the street are comfortably appointed, and some have fireplaces. The restaurant (closed Monday) serves contemporary regional cuisine by candlelight. Vermont cheddar cheese and Granny Smith–apple omelets are popular choices for breakfast.
