This remote inn is a fine choice for a romantic dinner. Chef Michael Pelton heads up the Frog Pond dining room (don't worry, no frog legs on the menu). Start with a spiced Vermont quail, served with hand-rolled pappardelle and a wild mushroom ragout. Entrees include a Moroccan-spiced rack of lamb. There's a notably large wine list. A four-course prix fixe is $50.
