Soon to be further upgraded, this is one of the best foodie stops in the state to stock up on Vermont's finest artisanal products. Its charms include different grades of self-serve maple syrup and reusable containers to store your bounty. Pick up a pre-made sandwich or order a plate of curry chicken at the deli counter, then eat it in this busy market's small sitting area. Natural and organic is the focus, with everything from tofu sandwiches to beef satay (skewered grilled meat). The delicatessen is connected to a natural-foods market and serves breakfast.

    Interesting experience!

    It's always an interesting experience at the Co-op. Decent food, and a fun time where you can meet new folks and learn about local happenings.
