This rustic-chic restaurant comes with two faces: the classy, casual “Lounge” on one side that turns out tuned-up, locally sourced versions of bistro classics; and a full-blown, fine-dining experience on the "Pangaea" side. The latter is the more memorable, with gussied-up and coiffed waiters guiding you through a three-course meal of French-influenced American cuisine.
