The Inn at Weston

630 Main St., Weston, Vermont, 05161, USA

A short walk from the town green and a stone's throw from four ski areas, this 1848 inn is run by Bob and Linda Aldrich, whose love of plants is evident from their immaculate gardens and on-site greenhouse. Rooms in the inn, the carriage house, and the Coleman House across the street are comfortably appointed, and some have fireplaces. The restaurant (closed on Monday) serves contemporary regional cuisine by candlelight. Vermont cheddar cheese and Granny Smith–apple omelets are popular choices for breakfast.
