It might be worth going to college in Burlington just to be able to gather with friends at this wildly popular and delicious organic pizza place. On weekends, it's standing room only (seating is first-come, first-served) as kids bustle for house-made brews. The wood-fired clay dome oven combines with all organic ingredients to create masterful results, like the Punctuated Equilibrium, which has kalamata olives, roasted red peppers, local goat cheese, fresh rosemary, red onions, mozzarella, and garlic. Here's to the college life! (There are also locations in Rutland and Waitsfield.)
