Norma's restaurant ($$-$$$) serves contemporary Continental cuisine with an emphasis on local foods in a romantic setting surrounded by torches. Service throughout the resort is impeccable. Afternoon tea, homemade cookies upon arrival, and spa products in all the rooms add small touches of luxury and warmth. The tennis center has marvelous indoor and outdoor courts—easily the best facilities in Vermont—and a instructional staff to match.
