Swiss-born chef Michael Kloeti trained in Europe and New York before opening this dining establishment in a 19th-century farmhouse outside Stowe. In addition to à la carte options, Michael's two four-course prix-fixe menus ($47 and $67) highlight European cuisine with farm-to-table earthiness, perhaps best seen in dishes like spice-roasted duck breast and venison navarin. The menu changes seasonally.

I won a gift certificate to this restaurant,my husband and I had one of the best meals ever! Beautiful area, great food, nice atmosphere.
