Cloudland Farm Review
Representative of the wildly popular local food scene in Vermont, Cloudland Farm offers twice-weekly prix fixe dinners—Thursday and Saturday—with all local and seasonal ingredients fresh from their farm. Meals feature the farm's own pork and beef in entrees such as maple glazed ham roast with apple and onion compote or beef shank osso bucco with sauteed kale and beef bacon. Desserts, such as homemade carrot cake with red wine caramel and carrot jam, are delicious. With the table literally on the farm, this is a unique farm-to-table experience and worth the short drive from Woodstock.
