This restaurant's monopoly on in-park fine dining has not made it complacent. The menu is solid American fare, with steaks, seafood, and surprises such as house-made Western bison meat loaf. The spacious dining room is adorned with photos of the area landscape, and a large patio offers dining with views of the canyon and the lodge's parklike setting.
