Zion National Park Sights

Expert Talks

Expert Talks Review

These informal lectures take place throughout the day on the Zion Human History Museum patio or the Zion Lodge lawn. Recent session titles are typical: "Pioneer Glimpses," a discussion of early settlers; "Animal Icons," a look at the diverse wildlife; and "Flyin' in Zion," a lecture on winged residents. There are no reservations, and you can come and go as you please. Talks are usually scheduled for 30 minutes, but some topics run longer. Park bulletin boards and publications have updated schedules.
