Greyhound Lines serves Provo. The Utah Transit Authority (UTA) has frequent service to all of Salt Lake Valley, Davis and Weber counties, and Utah Valley. UTA buses with ski racks make several runs a day from Salt Lake to ski areas in Little and Big Cottonwood canyons and from Provo to Sundance. UTA bus service from Salt Lake City to the ski resorts of Solitude, Brighton, Snowbird, or Alta, and from Provo to Sundance costs $3.50 each way; most other bus routes cost $1.75 per ride. In addition, several taxi and shuttle companies provide transportation between Salt Lake City and the ski resorts for about $65 round-trip. A free, efficient Park City shuttle bus will take you between all the area resorts and hotels.
