Views and food take precedence over interior design at Snowbird's oldest restaurant, where some of the original waitstaff is still serving. The dining room is warm and unpretentious, with some wood paneling and an expanse of glass. The menu is full of well-prepared steak and seafood choices. Whether you opt for the oven-baked scallops or filet mignon, you can't go wrong. And be sure to save room for their famous mud pie.
