In a refurbished train depot at the end of the Heber Valley Historic Railroad, Chef Dean Hottle serves comfort food with a twist. Blue cornmeal-crusted red trout, 10-spice salmon with red curry Japanese noodles, and "Belle Isle" baby back ribs with mopping sauce are local favorites. Flowers fresh from the garden add to the elegant country ambience. Whatever you do, leave room for dessert; the black-bottom banana cream pie is to die for.

A really great local restaurant 15 minutes from Park City but definitely worth the drive. Thoroughy relaxing and very enjoyable!
