Fodor's Review:

It's easy to imagine you're a personal guest of Robert Redford at this intimate, rustic restaurant with its exquisite collection of Native American art and Western memorabilia, and servers who look like they double as Sundance catalog models. Try the roasted Utah elk with celery root purée, baby beets, and wild mushroom jus or the seared tuna with Napa cabbage in a curried carrot broth. Or, let executive chef Mark Shoup put together a tasting menu for your whole table.
