All the cottages are connected by paths winding through old-growth pines, groves of aspen, and along clear mountain streams. Ranging in size from one to three bedrooms, the cottages reflect their woodland setting with rough-sawn beams, natural-wood trim, and richly textured, colorful fabrics; suites have a stone fireplace or woodstove, deck, and either full kitchen and dining area or kitchenette. There are also two- to five-bedroom mountain homes suitable for families or groups who want more space and privacy. Many rooms have large private baths, and some of the mountain homes have private hot tubs. All Sundance properties have the commercial-free Sundance Channel, showing award-winning feature films, documentaries, shorts, and international titles. Pros: The dramatic Mt. Timpanogos backdrop. Top-rated dining. Private, understated cottage luxury. Close to slopes, hiking trails. Cons: Even a cup of tea is expensive here.

An outstanding & relaxing refuge. Close to the airport and Park City, but in a little canyon of its own. Great dining choices, with both a top flight restaurant (The Tree Room) and a casual venue (The Foundry Grill). A nice range of recreational options for both winter (downhill and cross country skiing) and summer (hiking, biking, fly fishing, horseback riding). Townhouses, cabins, and homes are spread across the foothills of the mountain. The accomodations are excellent and feel more like a second home than a hotel or ski lodge.
