Fodor's Review:
The stark concrete walls of this 10-story structure are meant to complement the surrounding granite cliffs. Inside you'll find a self-contained village with restaurants, bars, shops, a high-end spa, and North America's foremost Oriental rug collection as decor. Every window has a scenic view, and rooms are decorated in hues matching the mountain landscape. Spa-level rooms have flat-screen TVs and Tempur-Pedic beds. In addition to the two heated pools and four hot tubs, the luxurious Cliff Spa has a rooftop lap pool and 20 treatment rooms. Camp Snowbird offers summer and winter day camps for children. Pros: Ten stories of windows facing the Wasatch Range. The rooftop spa. Several eateries and bars on-site. Cons: Looking down from the top floor may induce some vertigo.
