Fodor's Review:

Alta's fanciest lodge resembles a traditional full-service hotel. The interior is decidedly upscale; common areas have dark-wood paneling, burgundy chairs and couches, and handsome wooden backgammon tables. Guest quarters are warmly decorated with dark woods, white brick walls, and richly colored fabrics. Larger rooms have sofas and seating areas. All but three units have private baths. As at all of Alta's lodges, breakfast and dinner are included in the price. Pros: Mountain views. On the slopes of Alta Ski Resort. Cons: "Fancy" at down-to-earth Alta is a relative term; don't expect the Ritz.
